How to Use:
Step 1:
Apply Renewing Scalp Care Hemp Leave-On Treatment directly onto the scalp.
Step 2:
Using your fingertips, spread the product into the scalp with slow, circular friction motions.
Step 3:
Place your palms on either side of the head. Gently massage the scalp with your palms, moving upward until your fingers interlace at the top of the head.
Step 4:
“Scissor” the ears 3–5 times by placing your index and middle fingers on either side of each ear and massaging up and down. This helps calm the nervous system.
Step 5:
Starting at the center of your hairline, use your index fingers to pinch and gently lift the scalp about 1 cm apart. Hold each pinch for 1–2 seconds. Repeat this motion 8–10 times from the front to the back of the head, on both the left and right sides.
Step 6:
To finish, place your palms on either side of the head. Take a deep breath and gently press your hands together to compress and relax the scalp.
